Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when items can be returned or refunded and how to request one. It applies to purchases made through this website.
Non-returnable items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded once shipped:
- Compounded or prescription medications (pharmacy sterility and chain-of-custody rules).
- Opened supplements or products with a broken tamper seal.
- Completed provider consultations and consultation fees.
Unopened items
Unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to start a return; returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping when applicable.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (or approve a damaged/incorrect claim). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Return shipping
For eligible returns of unopened items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item, in which case we cover it.
